Dr. Eng. Mousa is designated as a General Manager in CEC who has been responsible for establishing the organization. He is heading and controlling a Team of Talented Engineers and Architects. He is responsible and handling All Major Projects. He has a 15 years of an extensive professional industrial and research experience in the area of Structural Engineering, includes analysis and design of reinforced concrete, steel, post-tensioned concrete, reinforced masonry, and wood structures including residential, industrial, office and commercial buildings.
He has a Doctoral and Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Michigan, USA. And had a practiced structural engineering design in both Egypt & USA. He has been accredited with “A GRADE ENGINEER” from MMUP in the State of Qatar. As well as he is a registered Engineer in Egypt.
He has published 17 articles in Professional Journals and Conference Proceedings. And a reviewer for several Engineering Journals including ACI Journals, Engineering Structures, and Material & Design Journals. And he’s an expert with building codes including those of the Egyptian Code, ACI-318, ACI-440, BS-8110, AISC, QCS, ACI-530, ASCE 7, IBC, UBC, PCI, AISC seismic provisions and AASHTO.
